THE ROYAL MINT
With 1,100 years of legacy and a history of adapting to global changes, 2024 saw The Royal Mint move away from the overseas coin business to focus on more profitable and transformational business units. With no compulsory redundancies, the 290 affected colleagues would have the opportunity to move internally over a 12-month period - no small ask.
So, to make every colleague feel comfortable, confident and excited about these changes, we created an internal campaign that loudly and proudly said that this new chapter is our new chapter - a change that is not an end by any means.
This is truly a continuation of the story The Royal Mint has been writing for 1,100 years, where every colleague will be supported every step of the way.
